Also included in this new photograph drop seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created development schemes to transform the sprawling island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is annotated in red pen markings and includes a legend labelling various parts of the land.
Accompanying this are what look to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for marina coverings.
